While born and raised in Northern New Jersey, I have made the Monadnock Region my home since 1987. If you are unfamiliar with the southwestern part of the state the Monadnock Region is home to Mt. Monadnock, Pisgah State Park, Pitcher Mountain and Andorra Forest. It also boasts numerous lakes such as Forest, Granite, Highland, Laurel, Nubanusit, Silver, Spofford, Swanzey, and Warren, to name a few. I believes it has been the ideal place to raise my two daughters, Kaitlyn, 22 and Laura, 18.
Real estate is not a “one size fits all” business and I am someone who understands this. Being someone who has both bought and sold homes, I am well acquainted to the stresses both Buyers and Sellers experience during the process. My personal experiences enable me to help alleviate some of those stresses with my knowledge, patience and sense of humor.
